Oh no, that evil consumer advocate Ralph Nader just entered the Presidential race! You know who he is....the only politician in America that's running because of his or her ego because we all know Obama, McCain, and even Hillary Clinton don't have an ego...
Time for a snap back into reality Democrats.
First let's debunk the myth that Democrats have been perpetuating since 2000 that Nader "spoiled" the 2000 election for Al Gore and "handed" it to George W. Bush. It's simple and it goes like this...Every American citizen has the right to run for President, and no candidate is ever entitled to your vote. So the question remains... Why did 97,000 voters in Florida decide to vote for Nader? We don't know, but I can probably bank on the fact that they agreed with Nader more than Gore or Bush. So now that we've established that fact we can also establish that the Democrats were advocating for voters to vote AGAINST their principles. Some Democrats even blame Nader for every bad thing that Bush has caused for example the Iraq War, or the poor response to Hurricane Katrina(even though that happened in 2005). The Democrats seem to blame Nader for everything since 2000, but by using the "Nader spoiler logic" from 2000 Nader was actually a non-factor in 2004 when Bush squeaked out a victory over Kerry.
The reality is that the Democratic Party is blaming Nader to take attention off of their own shortcomings like a bad Gore campaign, and failure to get rid of Bush in 2004. Common sense would say that since Gore lost because of the electoral college, and that the election had major voter fraud issues you would have thought the Democrats would have spent the last 7-8 years trying to fix our electoral system, but instead they have done nothing. In fact, because the Democrats have failed to address this issue it's gotten worse. So after 2000 the Democrats did nothing, and after the Ohio debacle in 2004 what did the Democrats do? Nothing. John Kerry didn't even bother spending any of the millions of dollars in unspent campaign money to investigate the election in Ohio. If that wasn't enough to make you puke in the name of democracy...What have the Democrats done for election integrity since they became the majority in the House and Senate? Nothing. Since the Democrats didn't challenge Ohio in 2004 because of voting "irregularities" more states have adopted electronic voting machines which have been proven to be hackable putting our democracy at very serious risk.
Had the Democrats actually taken action then I have no doubts we would have a better safeguarded electoral system today. Election integrity should be a non-partisan issue, and while the Democratic Party continues to stay mum on this issue our democracy is being hacked away day by day.

Election Fatigue Anyone?
Maybe it's just me, but lately I've been having a rare case of "election fatigue". As someone who enjoys following politics a lot I'm finding everything to be somewhat boring because the primary process is basically down to two questions:
- Will the Democratic nominee be Obama or Hillary?
- How much longer until Mike Huckabee drops out?
Hillary will be the Democratic nominee: While the media is all caught up into Obama's latest winning streak, we must not lose sight that this is a delegate battle. It WILL come down to super delegates. While the Obama supporters say super delegates should go with the "will of the people" super delegates are allowed to vote anyway they want. We should also not lose sight that a mass majority of the super delegates are already part of the Democratic establishment. To me that will be a major factor into why Hillary will pull it off in the end. Remember Obama's whole campaign is on this "new kind of politics" thing? (which is a load of bullshit, but that's a discussion for another day). That should not sit well with a majority of the super delegates considering they are already part of the kind of politics Obama is supposedly fighting against. Could the super delegates change their mind to the will of the people if Obama sweeps the rest of the states? It's possible, but they aren't obligated to do anything. I believe if Hillary is able to win Ohio or Texas(doesn't have to be both) it will give her enough momentum to keep super delegate support and secure the nomination. (Please note: I'm not a Hillary supporter meaning this is NOT wishful thinking, but I think this will happen)
There you have it! DRESOPINION!*
What do you think?
*(If it adds anymore credibility to my predictions I predicted the Giants were going to win the Superbowl a few days before the Giants-Packers game. And I have a Vegas receipt to prove it!)
